Coordinator, Restore Her Rights Initiative
Women4Biodiversity seeks a passionate Coordinator to lead our Restore HER Rights initiative, strengthening gender equality in biodiversity restoration. This full-time, home-based role (with occasional travel) runs from August to December 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integrate gender analysis into ecosystem restoration projects.
- Facilitate capacity building, training, and knowledge sharing.
- Lead research, documentation, monitoring, and reporting.
- Coordinate advocacy and network partnerships across regions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in women’s rights, environmental justice, or development.
- Expertise in gender analysis and participatory approaches.
- Strong coordination, project management, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English; additional UN languages are an asset.
Contract & Remuneration:
- External consultancy agreement (EUR 1500–2000/month).
- Flexible, remote work with a supportive, diverse team.
- Includes annual leave and insurance benefits
