The project, “Building Resilience and Weaving Gender-responsive Approaches to Biodiversity Governance,” seeks to bridge this gap by strengthening gender-responsive restoration practices and integrating them into national and international commitments. Through research and documentation of women-led restoration initiatives in pilot sites across Asia, Africa, and Latin America, Women4Biodiversity has laid a three-year roadmap from practice to policy. This project is made possible through funding from Sida via SwedBio at the Stockholm Resilience Centre.
